About this event
Join us at the NC Museum of Art in the East Building for a tour of Women Artists as Influencers. Explore the innovation and influence of women artists from 19th century art movements to contemporary art exploration. Attendees will learn the names, techniques, and intent of women across art genre and form.
This docent-led tour is sponsored by the Women’s Rights Committee of the League of Women Voters of Wake County. It will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 11 in the East Building at the Museum. Reservations are required and there is an attendance capacity of 20 members. League members are invited to register as the tour is not limited to members of the Committee. Once registered, a Committee member will be in touch to gage interest in remaining for lunch in the East Building cafe.
