Join ambassador advocates from the ERA-NC Alliance for ERA Advocacy Day. You are invited to schedule appointments with your elected representatives to discuss support for the ERA NC bill, which will be filed on March 26th.

From 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., members of the ERA Advocacy Team will hand out packets containing talking points for participants to discuss with their legislators. 

Participants are encouraged to schedule appointments with their district legislators in advance for March 26th between 9 and 10:30 a.m. 

At 11:30 am, participants who have visited legislators can begin gathering to attend Rep. Julie von Haefen's Press Conference at 12pm. Rep von Haefen is the primary sponsor of the House ERA bill.  The Press Conference Room is located on the first floor of the Legislative Building. ERA-NC Co-President Audrey Muck will also speak. There is an overflow area if the Press Room is full.

At 1pm, a session is expected to be scheduled for the House chambers. Participants are encouraged to visit the House gallery (3rd floor LB) at this time.
