Women's Equality Day 2024

 



This year's Women's Equality Day gala will be held on August 22nd, 2024, 5:30-7:00 pm inside All Faiths Chapel at Dorothea Dix Park, Raleigh. Our theme this year is "Women Power Democracy." THIS IS A TICKETLESS EVENT. YOUR REGISTRATION SERVES AS YOUR ADMITTANCE. 

Registration for this event has closed.

Tickets and sponsorships include admission, buffet-style appetizers, wine and punch. 

Dr. Sarah Glova, NC State alumna, CEO and founder of Reify Media and 2024 inductee into the NC Women Business Owners Hall of Fame, will be the keynote speaker. 

During the event, we will honor and recognize women elected officials in Wake County. 

This event is our major fundraising event of the year, and we hope all members will support us by attending and purchasing a sponsorship.

If you cannot attend, please consider purchasing a sponsorship and donating your tickets. Please email Cheryl Tung if you would like to donate your tickets.

About Keynote Speaker Dr. Sarah Glova




Dr. Sarah Glova bridges the gap between vulnerability and ambition, guiding individuals from contemplation to action. As a trailblazing entrepreneur and a voice of authority in the business and tech realms, her journey from an insightful reporter at WRAL TechWire to a sought-after speaker has taken her from California to Qatar, sharing her passion for storytelling, data-driven insights and empowering narratives. Her articles - ranging from startups and smart cities to women in tech - reflect not just her depth of knowledge but her ability to unearth and share stores of remarkable feats of resilience.
